THE OFFER
Antony Clapp Solicitors will apply a 25% discount on all professional fees incurred to complete a dissolution of marriage or civil partnership for NHS staff where court applications are issued after 6th April 2022.
THE SMALL PRINT
The 25% discount only applies to professional fees generated by an Antony Clapp Solicitor lawyer acting on the client’s behalf for the dissolution process. It does not apply to:
Court Fees
Barrister Fees
Other Professional Disbursements incurred (for example, Land Registry enquiries or applications, fees incurred by third-party experts such as pension or property valuers.)
The offer does not apply to any other offers, applications, or associated ancillary matters or applications, including, but not limited to, financial matters or applications, children matters and domestic violence matters involving married couples or civil partners.
The offer applies to those seeking a court dissolution after 6th April 2022 on a sole application basis.
This offer applies to new, eligible clients redeeming the offer from 5th September 2022 and is subject to successful client ID and conflict checks.
Divorce fees shall be made on a single transaction basis via Antony Clapp Solicitors for a fixed fee of £600 (inclusive of VAT), less the discount of 25% (£150) for a total discounted fee of £450 (inclusive of VAT).
Any associated disbursement fees (such as court fees) shall be invoiced to clients directly from Antony Clapp Solicitors and are not part of this offer.
This offer only applies to proceedings in England and Wales.

I’m not based in Kent or anywhere near Antony Clapp Solicitors. Can I still take advantage of the offer?
Yes. We can conduct all our communications with you on a remote basis if that’s required. We use multiple systems and means such as telephone calls, email, remote meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams or Skype) so you maintain a highly accessible and close working relationship with your lawyer.
We are able to act for NHS Staff who live anywhere in England or Wales.
I’m an NHS worker but my spouse is not, are we still eligible for the offer?
Yes. Only the person redeeming the offer needs to be an NHS employee.
I’ve started my divorce with another firm and want to switch to take advantage of this offer. Can I do this?
It depends. If your divorce application was issued before 6th April 2022 then we would not be able to assist under the terms of this offer. If it was issued after 6th April 2022, you have the right to change to whichever solicitor best suits your circumstances.
My spouse is representing him/herself in our divorce, but I’d like to use a solicitor – does the offer still apply?
Yes. It applies whether your spouse has legal representation or not.
In addition to getting a divorce, I need help with a financial settlement and/or child arrangements – do I need another solicitor for those areas?
No. We are happy to represent you for all your family law matters, however, the offer only applies to the dissolution aspect of your divorce, not the financial, children or other matters, which will be charged at the normal rate.
