Coronavirus: How We Are Adapting Our Service

The new challenges that COVID-19 presents to us all, will force the hand of innovation for many businesses, and ours is no exception. In light of these exceptional circumstances, and with a view to keeping the services we offer to families running smoothly, we’ve accelerated our digital readiness to ensure that our clients can continue to receive the same level of expertise and access to our team of highly skilled legal professionals, even if they are in isolation, or practicing social distancing. Our chief concern is to keep our clients and our staff safe, so there are a few changes to be aware of. 

Existing Clients

If you need to speak to your lawyer or a member of our team, please contact them either by their direct email, or telephone our main number (01622 815 940) and they will call you back.

We also have video conference capabilities should you require a ‘virtual face-to-face meeting.’ This means you can connect via your phone, pc or laptop via a link which we will send to you. Please make this request to your lawyer if this is your preferred method of communicating or it is a requirement at a point in your case; we can talk you through how it works.  

If you have an upcoming court date and are worried about how this will be impacted, please speak to your lawyer and we can give you the latest information from the courts on how these will be dealt with.

New Clients

Naturally, families will be under additional strain in the coming weeks and months. Our team is able to support you through any family law issues you may have and help provide you with peace of mind on these topics.

Postal Communications

For clients and suppliers, please note that physical post will not be checked on a daily basis. To send us paperwork and ensure an efficient reply, please email a scanned version of the paperwork either to your lawyer (for clients) or our general enquiries email (for suppliers): enquiries@antonyclapp.co.uk . 

Postal receipts will be monitored at least weekly but where possible please communicate with us digitally.
